Personne désignée par l' Administration de l'UEFA pour un match de l' UEFA afin de remplir une fonction précise, qui doit être âgée de moins de 70 ans, posséder une expérience et un savoir-faire spécifique dans un domaine, avoir une bonne maîtrise d'une des langues officielles de l'UEFA et remplir les autres exigences définies par le secrétaire général de l'UEFA.► Les commissaires de match de l'UEFA sont: le délégué de match de l'UEFA, l' observateur d'arbitres, le responsable de la sécurité du stade, le contrôleur antidopage, le directeur de site, l' administrateur de tournoi et le responsable des médias de l'UEFA. Les commissaires de match de l'UEFA doivent s'assurer mutuellement une pleine et entière collaboration.
UEFA match officer UEFAA person appointed for a UEFA match by the UEFA administration to carry out a specific duty, who must be under 70 years of age, have specific expertise and know-how in a field, have good knowledge of one of UEFA's official languages, and fulfil the other requirements defined by the UEFA general secretary.► The UEFA match officers are: the UEFA match delegate, the referee observer, the stadium and security officer, the doping control officer, the venue director, the tournament administrator and the UEFA media officer. All UEFA match officers are expected to cooperate with each other.

A dying breed, bouilleurs de cru are country-dwellers who still have the once-inherited right to produce about 20 litres of spirits per year, from fruit grown on their land, without paying excise duty. Transmission from father to son of the status of "bouilleur de cru" was stopped in 1959. However all other owners of land that is officially classified as an orchard or a vineyard have the right to produce, for their own use, about 20 litres of spirits, at a special discounted rate of excise duty, currently (2009) 7.5 € per litre of pure alcohol. In both cases, the specific allowance is 10 litres of pure alcohol; the actual volume of the liquors produced, typically in the form of Kirsch, Calvados, Mirabelle, or Marc, will depend on the alcohol content.Dictionnaire Français-Anglais.
